The Architectural Review Committee consists of Del Webb appointed representatives that serve as an architectural control group to protect the aesthetic character of the residential areas in Sun City Mesquite. The Committee also supports the integrity of Community Standards.
Homeowners planning to make any alterations to the exterior of their properties or any interior alterations which are visible from the exterior are required to make applications to Committee. The applications are then acted upon by the Committee to ensure compliance with the covenant restrictions and design standards.

How to Submit:
Please submit your plans with the ARC submittal application, a copy of your plot plan, a minimum 8.5x11 schematic of the proposed alterations, and a detailed account of the alterations you wish to make. As applicable, details should include: color, materials, dimensions, square footage, the appropriate sign offs and signatures, and, for landscaping plans, the addition of the wording "maintain proper irrigation and drainage".
When to Submit:
Please submit your plans no later than 5pm on the Friday prior to the ARC meeting in order to be included on the agenda. Any submittals received after this time will be added to the subsequent meeting.
